Dennis Crowley
President & Chief Executive Officer

Dennis is a founding partner of Brand Engineers and serves as the company's President. Prior to forming Brand Engineers, Dennis held senior positions in sales, marketing, and account management at organizations such as Parke-Davis, Warner Lambert, Integrated Communications, and Torre Lazur Communications. In these roles, he demonstrated his expertise in U.S. and global product launches, professional and consumer positioning, and strategic development. Dennis' 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience have been shaped through engagements with numerous organizations, including Ortho-McNeil, RPR, Novartis, Ortho Biotech, Roche, and Genentech. His core therapeutic experience includes cardiovascular, oncology, anti-infectives, women's health, diabetes, and CNS.




Dominick Cirigliano
Director, Business Development

As the Director of Business Development, Dominick is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities and developing long-term relationships for Brand Engineers. With over 7 years of Healthcare marketing experience, Dominick has developed relationships with companies such as Sanofi-Aventis, Merck, Wyeth, AstraZeneca and MedImmune. Previously, Dominick has held Director Positions with Dragon Rouge, an international brand design firm, and Brand Institute, an international brand identity consultancy. In these roles, he aided clients in developing innovative solutions to their Brand Strategy, Nomenclature Development and Market Research needs. Dominick's brand experience includes, Yasmin, Gardasil, Prevacid, Tygacil among many others.




Alison Cady
Senior Strategist

Alison brings over 10 years of branding expertise to Brand Engineers. In her previous positions at Brand Institute, an international branding consultancy, she served as both Creative Director and Senior Director where her responsibilities entailed strategy, development, and validation of verbal and visual branding. Alison has overseen a broad spectrum of global branding efforts for clients such as AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, NovoNordisk, Sanofi-Aventis, and Wyeth. Recent product initiatives include Levemir, Levitra, Prevnar, Sulptra, Seroquel, Taxotere, and Tygacil. Her therapeutic background focuses in the areas of dermatology, diabetes, infectious disease, neuroscience, oncology and vaccines.




John Creamer
Senior Communications Strategist

One of John Creamers primary responsibilities as Senior Communications Strategist at Brand Engineers is the drafting and refining of positioning concepts and profiles on behalf of clients products. He has more than 20 years experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical communications, including stints in hospital public affairs management, behavioral managed care, pharmaceutical public relations, CME, and pharma promotional education. Most recently, at PharmAdura, a medical education company, John oversaw the implementation of a CME initiative on behalf of the Melanoma Care Coalition, a national organization of oncology and dermatology opinion leaders, which won the 2006 Alliance for CME (ACME) award for outstanding continuing medical education collaboration.
