Dennis Crowley
President & Chief Executive Officer
Dennis formed Brand Engineers and is actively engaged in its growth and success as its President and CEO. He has been directing successful global brand positioning, strategic development and market research programs for more than two decades. As the President of Brand Engineers, he works closely with the company’s strategists at each stage of positioning development - research, concepting, and validation – helping to create some of the most recognizable brand positions in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods markets. An award winning marketing practitioner and experienced speaker on brand positioning, Dennis has been invited to speak at companies, organizations, and universities, and has been quoted in numerous newspapers and magazines. In his career, Dennis has worked with such companies as Johnson and Johnson, Novartis, Genentech, Starbucks, Tata Brands, and Unilever on a complete scope of brand initiatives including global product launches, strategy, and brand and franchise positioning.
Alison Cady
Senior VP, Strategy
In her role as Senior Strategist, Alison guides clients through all aspects of positioning and branding projects. With over 10 years of healthcare experience, Alison leads the Brand Engineers team to find innovative solutions to positioning and branding challenges. Prior to joining Brand Engineers, Alison held senior positions as Creative Director and Brand Director with multiple healthcare marketing firms. She has managed global positioning and branding efforts for clients such as Astellas, AstraZeneca, Merck, Sanofi-Aventis, NovoNordisk, Schering Plough, Serono and Watson. Her therapeutic experience covers a broad spectrum of therapy areas. Her recent project initiatives include; Abraxane, Amevive, Nexium, Humira, Levemir, Prevnar, Protopic, Rebif, Tygacil, Vesicare and Viread.
Dominick Cirigliano
Director, Business Development
As the Director of Business Development, Dominick is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities and developing long-term relationships for Brand Engineers. With over 10 years of Healthcare marketing experience, Dominick has developed relationships with companies such as Sanofi-Aventis, Merck, Wyeth, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson. Previously, Dominick has held Director Positions with Dragon Rouge, an international brand design firm, and Brand Institute, an international brand identity consultancy. In these roles, he aided clients in developing innovative solutions to their Brand Strategy, Nomenclature Development and Market Research needs. Dominick's brand experience includes, Yaz, Gardasil, Seroquel, and Tygacil among many others.
