Our process incorporates a mix of strategic insight, competitive evaluation, consumer behavior, and qualitative and quantitative market research. Each project also has the opportunity for extensive evaluation through our proprietary quantitative validation research measuring the impact of positioning options and the prioritization of supporting message elements. While the composition of our work changes month-to-month and year-to-year, our workload is generally split between products in development and products that are currently marketed, but may not be optimally positioned and underperforming.
